The Antebellum is a family owned business. We are just now getting established and will work our first event May of 2012. Our kitchen is a custom mobile food trailer that appears to be a 1800s building when fully set up as it is constructed of mill lumber. It also has details such as oil lamps and candle lighting on the outside. Because of legalities, you see a modern commercial kitchen when you are at the order window, this cannot be helped as we comply with all heath department food safety laws.
